By accessing or using the Calculator, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Calculator.
1. Purpose of the Calculator
The Glass Calculator is provided as a planning and quoting tool only. It allows you to estimate product quantities, design configurations, and obtain an indicative quote.
You cannot place an order through this website. Instead, you may:
Print or email your quote and take it to your local Bunnings Warehouse, or
Place an order directly with Bunnings online.
All purchases must be made through Bunnings or authorised distributors.
2. Quotes
Quotes generated by the Calculator are for estimation purposes only. They are not a formal offer and do not constitute a contract.
Final pricing, availability, and product ranges are determined by Bunnings at the time of purchase. Protector Aluminium & Glass accepts no liability for discrepancies between Calculator quotes and in-store or online pricing.
By submitting your details to receive a quote, or by printing/emailing a quote, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Consumer Guarantees
Our products are subject to the guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Extended warranties (where offered) are provided in addition to your statutory rights. Full warranty details, including any conditions and limitations, can be found at www.protectoraluminium.com.au/support.
4. Building Product Compliance
Some of Our Products and Systems are subject to stringent building product compliance requirements, including but not limited to Australian and New Zealand Standards, Regulations and the current version of the National Construction Code.
Where advertised, Our products comply with these codes and standards. Always consult with your local building authority to confirm suitability before commencing works. Incorrect use or misuse of Our products could result in damage, injury or death.
The customer assumes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all risks inherent in the use of Our products.
5. Limitations of the Calculator
The Glass Calculator is designed to be simple to use and may apply standard product lengths, widths, and heights. It does not account for site-specific conditions, compliance issues, or project complexities.
As such, outputs should be treated as guides only. Protector Aluminium & Glass accepts no responsibility for project errors, delays, or losses arising from reliance on Calculator outputs.
6. Delivery
Any delivery estimates provided within quotes are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk in products passes to the purchaser at the point of delivery in accordance with Bunnings’ terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within the Calculator, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Protector Aluminium & Glass or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
If you submit any custom designs, layouts, or materials to generate a quote, you retain ownership of your designs. However, you grant Us a limited licence to use those designs solely for the purposes of preparing your quote and facilitating product orders through Bunnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We exclude all warranties, representations, or conditions relating to the Calculator and its use.
Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
