Commercial Projects

This project comprises 53 townhouses, a communal building, and a swimming pool. 

The upper 32 units feature a custom black balustrade on their balconies. The balustrade is designed to comply with standards and is fully welded as a single unit. It comprises 50 x 50 posts, 50 x 25 top and bottom rails, and 16-diameter pickets. 

All the units have a 900H black Flat Top Garden Fence and Gates surrounding their courtyards. Additionally, all the courtyards have 65 x 16 horizontal slat screens that ensure privacy. 

The pool fencing is a 1200H black Flat Top Fence.

The McDowall development comprises 83 townhouses distributed across 26 unit blocks, which are divided into three stages. The development boasts custom aluminium metalworks, including fully engineered balustrades.  

The balustrades are face-fixed with two bottom rails of 40×25 and 38×25 pickets that are face-welded into a top rail of 75×25. Some balconies have semi-frameless glass balustrades, which are face-fixed with standoff spigots. 

The Air Conditioning enclosures have custom Radiator Panels and Gates that are 2100mm tall, with 40×40 rails and 65×16 face-welded pickets. Entry feature screens for some units are 2600mm tall x 900mm wide Screens with 75×25 Angle Battens. Balcony feature screens are 1600mm wide x full height of 80×50 RHS, with 100mm gaps. All the project elements are in the Monument colour.

This location boasts a vast storage shed and several office buildings, all well designed and expertly crafted. 

To ensure proper ventilation, ProtectorAl supplied 20 air ventilation louvres, each custom-designed with vermin mesh behind them, all located on the upper roof. These louvres have been thoughtfully coloured in Wallaby.

ProtectorAl also installed sunshades around the buildings, consisting of 100 plates arranged in a sleek, horizontal layout. These plates have been coloured in Terrain. 

Lastly, we’ve also created the perfect security system for this location. The security fence and gates are made of sturdy black 2100 High Spear Top Panels, securely placed between 100 x 100 posts, ensuring maximum safety and protection for the property.

The Caravan and Holiday Park has recently built a stunning pool area that boasts various safety features to ensure the well-being of its guests. One of the most notable features is the floating-style picket fence in Woodland Grey that encloses the pool area. 

This fence has been carefully engineered to comply with local laws and Australian Standards. Each of its 50 x 50 uprights is arranged in a wave pattern with no top or bottom rails. This innovative design meets safety requirements and adds a unique aesthetic to the pool area, making it look more modern and stylish. 

In addition to the floating-style picket fence, frameless glass pool fence panels on spigots in other pool areas offer an unobstructed view of the pool area. 

Overall, the Caravan and Holiday Park’s pool area is an excellent example of how safety and beauty can be combined to create an inviting and secure environment for guests to enjoy.

The townhouse development in Kenmore is divided into two stages. Stage 2 consists of 32 townhouses, of which 10 have face-fixed custom balustrades, one on the balcony and the other on the Skybridge entry. 

These balustrades are fully engineered and welded in a single unit. They feature 50 x 50 posts, 50 x 25 routed top and bottom rails, and 19 x 19 square pickets, all black. 16 townhouses have 450-high balustrades of the same design fixed to the top of a parapet-type balcony.   

Each unit in the townhouses has a custom-made Wheelie Bin Storage Enclosure. This horizontal slat screen box is designed with 2 doors to the front and a liftable lid with gas struts. Its dimensions are 1600 wide x 900 depth x 1300 high, and it is a coloured Monument. 

The townhouse windows have 65 x 16 horizontal Slat Screens with 20mm gaps mounted off 200 deep standoff brackets, which provide privacy. These screens are also coloured Monument.

Bunnings Trade requested that we supply 600 linear metres of custom boundary fence panels for perimeter fencing and key areas inside the estate, such as their recreation club and gates. 

The brief specified unique radiator-style panels, powder-coated in Monument, with matching powder-coated brackets. The design features 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm x 3 mm posts, a 40 x 40 mm rail, and 65 x 16 mm vertical face-welded battens. We recommended the double viper latch and G8Safe Hardware adjustable hinges hardware for the gates. Each batten is finished with a plastic cap, adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.
