Measuring Balustrade for Stairs.

A – Drop a plumb line from the front nose of the top of the stairs to ground level. Then measure from the plumb line to the front of the bottom stair nose

B – Measure from top of landing to ground level
Measurements = A and B will assist in working out the correct angle of your stairs

C – Measure from the post face to the front nose of the top stair (Please advise if there is an existing Post or post needs to be supplied)

D – Measure from the bottom front nose of step tread to face of post on the ground (Please advise if there is an existing Post or post needs to be supplied)

E – Measure from top of step tread to top of step tread below (list total number of step treads)

F – Measure from plumb line to the front nose of the step tread
Measurements = E and F will assist in working out where a centre post on the balustrade will sit

Note: Balustrade is manufactured and designed to be installed with the bottom rail 70mm above Landing Height
