TIPS

FRAME SIZE:
Ensure the gate frame is strong enough for the width of the gate.

GROUND CLEARANCE:
Check that the gate doesn’t come in contact with the ground when opened. If this is for a pool gate, you will need to level out the area (without having more than a 100mm gap from the bottom of the gate to the ground. If for a boundary or driveway, it may be necessary to swing it the other way or from the other side.

FIXINGS:
Match the hinges and latches to suit the application – automatic gates may need heavy hinges, pool gates need to self close, etc.
