Q. Is this pool fencing suitable for front and garden fencing around the home?

A. Yes it is the perfect fence for all area's around the home including the pool.

Q. Do you supply and install fencing?

A. No. We supply only to contractors and retailers. We don't supply to the public.

Q. Do all prices include GST?

A. Yes all prices include GST as required by the law.

Q. What is Powder Coating?

A. A polyester based painting process involving paint powder sprayed onto the fencing which is then baked in an oven to cure. It provides a very durable finish with excellent adhesion and colour consistency.

Q. What are the advantages of Aluminium?

A. Aluminium is light, strong, easy to handle and long-lasting. It won't rot or burn as wood can, and it won't rust as steel can.

Q.What sizes are our panels?

A. 2450 mm long * 1200 mm high

Q. What sizes are our gates?

A. 975 actual width * 1200 high - to suit a 1000mm gap between posts.

Q. Do we have compliance certificates for our fencing?

A. Yes we can supply compliance certificates. To do so we need the address where the panels are installed, and the invoice No. on which we supplied the panels to you.

Q. Do the panels and gates come with fittings included.

A. No. Fittings are to be sold separatley. However gates include black plastic gat caps, and picket top panels and gates include black plastic picket plugs.

Q. Are other colours available?

A. Yes, we powder-coat in over 50 colours. However other colours are special orders, at a higher cost. Lead time for standard orders in other colours is approx 7 days.

Q. Are other syles available?

A. Yes. We can supply any style you like. Prices will vary. Lead time is approx 14 days.

Q.Are odd shapes and odd lengths panels and gates available?

A. Yes. we can manufacture a wide range of sizes and shapes ( raked panels, curved panels, slopedown panels, stepped panels, etc). Sketches may be required. We will supply an "Order Confirmation" which must be checked, signed and returned (faxed) to us before job commencement. Lead time is approx 14 days from when we receive the signed confirmation. When ordering non-standard gates we need to know either the actual size of the gate frame, or the opening between the posts AND the type of hinges and latch being used.

Q.What legal requirements do i need to know regarding installing a swimming pool fence?

A. Swimming pool fence rules are based on Australian Standards AS 1926.1 - 1993 and AS 1926.2 - 1995. These standards are not law, they are guidlines on which local councils base their regulations. The actual requirements for pool fencing may vary slightly from one local council to the next.

Q. Do you deliver to all area's of Australia?

A. Yes we deliver to all area's that we possible are able to reach via transport. Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Logan, Redcliffe, Ipswich, Byron Bay, to Toowoomba to Hervey Bay and other area's listed as our delivery area's.

Q. Do you come out to our house to quote?

A. No. We supply only contractors and retailers. We don't supply to the public.

Q. What is the fencing made of?

A. Panels, posts and gates are all powder coated aluminium.

Q. Will these panels resist salt water pools?

A. Yes, tests proves beyond a doubt that if the panels are chemically treated correctly, as ours are, that aluminium will resist corrosion far greater than galvanised steel.

Q. Can we cut any panel down to any size?

A. Yes. You may cut the panels to any size to fit your openings. This is very easily done just using a normal hacksaw using a fine tooth blade around 32 teeth per inch. There is no need to worry about the cut end corroding  after cutting as the chemical treatment near the cut protects the cut form corrosion and also the rough end will be covered by the shroud that connects the panel to the post.

Q. What treatment has the fencing to stop corrosion? 

A. Our Aluminium is treated with a chemical called chromate to prevent corrosion then powdercoated.

Q. Who pays for transport?

A. You pay.. Please check transport prices on application.

Q. May we collect from the factory?

A. Yes. We require at least 24hrs notice to collect items that we have in stock. Collection times are 8am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Q.How may we inspect the fencing that you sell to see if it is of good quality?

A. You may view the fencing at 2A Page St Kunda Park Sunshine Coast QLD, or hopefully you have been recommended from a very satisfied friend that has already purchased from us.

Q. How do we know when we will receive the fencing?

A. We will keep in contact with you and inform you when we are ready to deliver or disptach.

Q. What guarantee is there on fencing?

A. All fencing is guaranteed for 12 months against defects and will be repaired free of charge if found defective.

Q. May we return fencing if we have ordered too much?

A. No. We are unable to refund fencing incorrectly ordered, please choose carefully.
