Protector Aluminium was established in 1995 by Darryl Cardell after pool safety laws were introduced in Queensland. In the 15 years since opening, the company has grown from a one man business to an international success story – employing 36 staff and servicing all states and territories of Australia as well as New Zealand.

Their products are solely designed to stop children drowning, a vision which saw them become the only pool fencing company endorsed by Laurie Lawrence and Kids Alive do the Five. Since that time, the company has held a staunch commitment to preventing pool drowning deaths throughout Australasia and raising the safety standards within the pool fencing industry.
